Based on the universe from the Doctor Who series. While it is a great show; the writers take it way too seriously when comparing Torchwood to Doctor Who. If they made it more fun and less serious the show would be perfect. Even still, it is really entertaining to watch.

This show had such a promissing marketing campaign before it aired, and once it finally did deliver it left me disappointed. I still watch it and hope one day it will be awesome...

While the creators of this show tried to improve from the first season by adding a contiguous plot and changing the format, they only succeeded in making the show suck more. I only made it through about half the season before I stopped watching, bored and disappointed.

I was looking forward to Eureka for it's premise, but weak plots with ridiculous science fiction and poor acting made this show barely watchable. Not recommended.

Some of the best Doctor Who yet, especially in the amazing three-part conclusion to the season. The new companion, Martha Jones, is excellent and works well in the role.

The second season of the new Doctor Who is even better than the first. The previous doctor is replaced by David Tennant who is absolutely perfect for the role. I loved every minute of it.

This re-launch of a classic series was my first introduction to the Doctor Who universe, and I was blown away. It is a fun show that has a perfect balance of creative science fiction ideas and pure entertainment, and it never takes itself too seriously. Fantastic.

Great re-imagining of a classic Sci-Fi series. Unlike the other boring and drab scifi shows, Dr. Who is unrealistic and just plain fun for everyone who watches.
